Digital was my way out.

I’m Canadian, but I was born and raised in Brazil, where opportunity wasn’t handed to anyone. I launched my first online businesses at 14 — game servers, hosting services, and custom-built platforms. By the time I was 18, I was already working in Linux network security through the HackerTeen program by 4Linux, a São Paulo-based initiative that trained youth in real-world systems administration.

Alongside my technical growth, I studied design for four years at SAGA (School of Arts, Games and Animation) in Salvador, Bahia. While I pursued a Computer Science degree, I was also learning animation, layout, and interface aesthetics — which gave me an intuitive sense of how visuals and function work together. That blend of logic and creativity is still what defines my work today.

I built my career in Alberta by building others.

After moving to Canada, I spent years working with some of the largest marketing agencies in Lethbridge, helping them build departments from the ground up, launch new services, and manage the digital strategy of over 50 businesses across industries like restaurants, retail, wellness, trades, real estate, and more. Not just executing campaigns — I was helping reshape how agencies operated and delivered results. That experience taught me not just how to market a business, but how to scale one.

That’s why I built Skyfox as a lean, expert-led agency — no bloated layers, no generic handoffs, no distractions. Just full-stack professionals working efficiently across borders. I lead every project personally — not out of ego, but because I believe in doing things right, and treating every client’s business like my own.

Four academic paths. One integrated mindset.

In Brazil, I completed degrees in Computer Science and International Relations — fusing deep technical understanding with a global perspective. After moving to Canada, I earned a Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing at Lethbridge College (now Lethbridge Polytechnic). Today, I’m studying Physics part-time at the University of Lethbridge — driven by a lifelong need to understand not just how things look and feel, but how they fundamentally work.

This path gives me a rare combination of skills: data analysis, systems thinking, design intuition, and strategic clarity. Whether I’m building a brand, writing copy, or engineering a UX flow — I see how it all fits together.

I also create educational science content under the name Gabe Thinker, translating complex physics concepts into short-form videos. The channel reaches over half a million views per year, with thousands of monthly engagements across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. It’s part of the same mission behind Skyfox: to make the complex simple — and unforgettable.
